REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your Gold Star Pro account, you must submit an Account Cancellation request via the Cancellation Request Form prior to the processing of your next subscription payment. This form is accessible from the Account Management section within the Gold Star Pro system. This automated system is the sole method by which cancellation requests are accepted. Your cancellation is not effective until the request is submitted. Should a payment be processed before your cancellation request is received, no refund will be issued. It is your responsibility to track your payment schedule.

Timing: You must submit your cancellation request before your next subscription payment is processed to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle. Requests received post-payment are ineligible for refunds.

Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once your cancellation request is processed. Retain this email for your records.

Billing and Access: Failure to use the cancellation form will result in continued billing and account access. Payments made without a formal cancellation request are non-refundable.

Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed, even if you cancel your account immediately thereafter. We advise canceling before the next billing cycle to prevent unintended charges.

Minimum Commitment Plans: Subscriptions with a non-cancellable minimum commitment period like our Annual Plans, cannot be canceled until the commitment term has been satisfied.
